Andy, Calum and James visited the benighted town of Palmerston North this weekend to hang out with lil' ole me, and there was much rejoicing. We soaked up the fumey goodness of burning, chemically treated wood on the brazier, drank red wine and rum, and ate things that caused me both shame and ominous stomach gurglings the next morning. Talia showed up also, and got to see four drunk geeks being all opinionated and reminiscent. She may never recover.
It was a glorious weekend very well spent, even if I did feel like a total cabbage for leaving my wallet in Craig's car, who then went to Himetangi beach. Ah well, at least it was a cheap weekend also.
Plus I didn't fall over this time.
