Lazing around is getting old. The time off's been nice, but I think starting tomorrow I need to start kicking arse and taking names again. It's easy to fall back into lazy student holiday mode, but them days are behind me.
The trouble is I don't really want a job in Palmy since I'm heading down to Wellington in December for holiday work, so all I can really do at the moment is look for a more permanent design job. I guess apart from the job seeking websites I'm already signed up with I can start compiling a list of design places to cold call, as well as other types of places that would conceivably use an in house graphic designer.
Hopefully there's a couple of freelance video jobs coming up soon. Actually, now that I think about it I should follow those both up tomorrow and hint that sooner is better. That'll keep me busy for most of November.
