I am happening to Wellington. The place may never recover.
In recent news, I had an interview... it was kinda like a job interview, only between designers so it was all laid back and in a cafe and we talked about job interviewy things and the industry in general. Michelle works at CWA just off Courtney Place and it looks like an awesome place. She seemed to like my portfolio and hopefully I'll be able to start out with a project, and if I don't suck then they'll keep me around on a contract, build up more hours and so on. So whoo!
Also in recent news I went to Jarrod and Steph's place and got boozed with them, Annah, Andy, Craig and Sarah which was cool. Mainly it was the three Hamilton lads drunkenly slurring on about olde times. I think we need to start doing more things as a group, getting out there and causing mischief so we don't run out of amusing memories to go on about round the campfire.
Finally, if I don't get back to you when you text me, it's because my phone batteries are being erratic. Also, whilst I'm at Craig's place in Belmont my travel into the city is going to be at all kinds of weird times so bare with me. Once I've moved into town proper I'll find casual meetups with you lovely people to be a lot easier. I'm not snobbing you!
