News From AROUND THE WORLD

Yesterday one of the first people I ever met when I came to New Zealand, Anna, got hold of me on Facebook and thus blew my socks CLEAN OFF. I haven't spoken to her in like ten years or more, and now she's married and has a daughter and going by her photos has started feeding off the blood of the innocent because SHE HASN'T AGED A DAY. Seriously. This is probably the main reason why I love Facebook. Catching up with people I almost forgot I still care about is awesome. So if you're reading this HELLO ANNA!

In other news, I am going to Brisbane in about 2 months; basically as soon as my passport is ready. I'm staying with a totally awesome girl named Annika who you should get to know because I think she's pretty damn cool and you, after all, obey my every word like the well trained army of loyal drones that you are. The plan is to stay there for about 5 months or so and spend Christmas with Annika and her family. Then I shall be back to Wellington, hopefully not by myself. Cough.

I shall also be documenting my wacky adventure under the label of Aussie Madness, in which I make unrelenting fun of our demented cultural cousins across the ocean, which will mainly involve me pointing out the way they say 'sheet' instead of 'shit'.
