Stupid Losing Things That Have No Sentimental Value But Have Become A Part Of You Anyway
Man. I lost the silver ring that I've owned since forever. The fourth finger on my right hand feels really weird without it. My room has been turned upside down, twice, as has the bathroom, and it's just faded out of existence. I remember putting it on top of the case by my bed and then... gone. I have literally looked everywhere in both likely locations that it could be, and it stubbornly refuses to show up.

Same with the ring I've been wearing on my left thumb for ages now. Sure, it's just a ring that came with a game of Neverwinter Nights (it's a Chaotic Evil one), but my thumb feels so fucking naked now. I can't imagine how it managed to slip off, either. It just wasn't on my thumb anymore. Wtf.
