For lunch (which has been my Main Meal for quite some time now) I'm roasting up potato, carrots, onion and pumpkin in a bit of butter, the carrots in minced garlic and chili. Once those are ready I'll be adding fried mushroom and capsicum, and two crumbed chicken fillets.
OM NOM NOM NOM. The kitchen already smells AMAZING.
My pantry and fridge are filled with delicious fruits and vegetables for the first time in ages, and it makes me very happy.
