I hate the Doldrums. The winds of life kinda stop for a moment, and everything just becomes... what's the word to use here? I feel I should make one up.

Uninspired. Unmotivated. Highlight of my day was hanging out with Terry and talking design stuff. I think that's half the trouble honestly. I thrive in creative team situations where I can bounce ideas around and share enthusiasm and get feedback. Trying to get my brain into gear by myself is just an uphill struggle.
Still no feedback from trial job. I got emailed by design lady today apologising for the delay. The clients are just taking their sweet-arsed time about getting back to her. Shrug, nothing I can do.
Roll on 48. It'll be lovely to immerse myself in creative madness for the weekend.
Otherwise, my day is going great! How about yours?
EDIT: Turns out the solution was simply MORE IRON MAIDEN.
