Oh Such Things

Plans are afoot. Delicious plans. I am impatient to talk about them, but since the people involved possibly haven't been notified yet by the proper authorities, I must remain silent. For now.

OH HELLO CRYPTICNESS.

...okay 'crypticness' didn't get underlined as a spelling error, which indicates that either it's an actual word, or that I've already added it to the already mutated beyond all recognition spellchecker. With such additions as 'waaaagh' and 'freem!' already added in, I should probably expect the latter.

Trial design job is going really damn slowly. I've put in less than 5 hours of actual work so far, and have been waiting for client feedback (via design lady) for days. This is supposed to be a speed test, so this morning I emailed the Supreme Overlord and said 'look, mate, this is the situation'... he probably already knows from design lady, but I figure showing him I can Communicate Well isn't a bad thing.

What else. Oh yes, Craig got the awesome as chips design job that I sent his way, so that's cool. And I get to catch up with him and a bucketload of ex BAVIs soon for the 48. EXCITEMENT IS NOW. The coolest thing about this year's event is that we actually get to pick up our genre and movie instructions, plus drop off the finished product by hand, since we're based in Wellington. This gives us a bit less time, but makes for an even more exciting finish. Whoo!
