So at my work there's this dude who comes round with a trolly once a fortnight and leaves piles of Amazing Things on a desktop in the production area where I work. OH SUCH THINGS HE LEAVES TO TEMPT ME WITH. So far I have fallen to temptation only once, and bought Tamsyn a singing duck that waggles it's bum as it quacks out a tune... because nothing says love like gifts such as these.
But. But, oh Internets! Today! Oh blessed day! Today, I got this.
A motherfuckin' box set of Roald Dahl's best known books, all illustrated by Quentin Blake! The box set contains: The Magic Finger (phwoar!), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Esio Trot, Fantastic Mr Fox, Boy, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator, The Twits, James and the Giant Peach, Danny the Champion of the World, George's Marvelous Medicine, Going Solo, The BFG, Matilda, The Witches and The Giraffe, the Pelly and Me. Each book has a bunch of cool stuff about Dahl's life in the back too! And HOLY BALLS IT WAS CHEAP. 60 bucks for 15 books. AMAZING.
If you excuse me now, I'll be off reliving my childhood.
