Ramblings

I had something in the back of my mind that I was going to post about, but at half past twelve at night and an hour after I really should have gone to bed, it escapes me. SO TOUGH COOKIES.

I have my first Wellingtonian doctor's visit on Wednesday, so it should be interesting to see where my weight and general healthy bits are at, and also to get the semi-intelligent singing warts removed from beneath my testicles. They were a novelty item at first but ultimately a little distracting.

Looking forward to having brunch with the family in September. I don't get to see them much, being all the way down here, and it'll be the first time I get to introduce them to Tamsyn in person (after a fun chat on skype a couple months back) so that's also a thing. I'm putting some thought to spending some more time with them over January if possible when I have a few weeks off work. It would be nice to spend a few days with the folks and have a decent catch up, though they're also coming down here to visit in October, which is going to be awesome.
