Maybe there is. I'm writing this down as the idea comes to me after a short discussion with a friend, and I'm currently "working on an assignment" so this is all being hurriedly jotted down based on my current scant knowledge, so I can review it later.
But yeah! I feel that feminism kinda has... I dunno, limited specific use for men, maybe? I'm trying to be careful about how I say this, because it's all exploratory and cautious. But I think that feminism as a movement is ultimately by and for women. I'm keen and happy to get involved, and I know I'll learn a lot of useful ways of thinking from the movement, but... well, there's a reason that men who get involved are often called allies, I guess is what I'm saying. Not to say that I think being a male feminist is any kind of oxymoron, nor would I want to indicate that any kind of male orientated movement would supersede feminism.
A friend I was talking to about this used the term 'radical masculinity', which I really like as a starting point. Anyhoo, I'm done with my initial mind-splurge so It's time to start looking around the internet and see what I can find.
EDIT: Hah, should have known there would be a blog with this very term.
