Political Stuff

Sometimes it seems that Bush honestly, honestly believes that 4000 soldiers have died in Iraq for a good reason. When I watch Cheney speaking about it, the cynicism and casual lies pour out of his mouth like an oily torrent of cockroaches, but Bush... he's harder to read. I think he might actually believe the shit coming out of his own mouth. Amazing.

I wish New Zealand politics was as interesting as in the US of A. Watching Clinton and Obama battle it out whilst McCain watches smugly from the safe zone has been both entertaining and engaging. Meanwhile, our bunch continue to be deeply dull and uninteresting in comparison, shuffling about like diseased flies with their wings clipped off. Maybe it's just a matter of budget and better speech writing, but I doubt it.

I don't want to vote for either Key or Clarke this time around. I dislike both of them. Helen's government have been acting atrociously on several fronts, and John Key is just a smarmy, oily bastard with an eminently punchable mouth. Of course, I feel that someone has to get my vote.

So, if you're feeling up to it. Convince me who is deserving.

The only suggestion I can offer is NZ First.
I voted for them last time and got exactly what i expected out of them...
so I sit quietly happy and giggling.

A man who dresses THAT well deserves my vote. Go the Winst.
