Conferency

Went to the Adobe CS5 conference today with Craig and Sarah. Went from 9.30 through to 4.30 and it was cool. The morning covered exciting things like the new Adobe Catalyst, which looks TOTALLY BADASS... basically it's an interactive flash builder that lets designers make pretty things without having to know a single bit of coding. It looks like it can make really nice, functional and quite nice looking websites and online portfolios, and I'm quite excited about trying it out. After a long lunch, it was onto the new features of Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign, which all have amazing new wiggity bits that will delight the young and old and make your toes curl in wonder.

Hiked back home up the hill and now I'm happily tired and have exercised both my thinky bits and walky bits for the day. Huzzah!

Tomorrow I'm back into job hunting and working on various design projects to make my portfolio more badass.
