As is my way, I am working up to, approaching from downwind as it were, the notion of drawing cartoons much more often. To this end, and with the realisation that a lot of what has been holding me back is lacking the right tools, this year I'm resolved to get myself a decent wacom tablet and to practice with it until I feel comfortable, then to keep practising with it, lots.
By the end of the year I aim to have a good tablet, large screen and to upgrade the ram and hard drive capacity of my laptop.
Inspiration is coming from reading some really good cartoon blogs by some very talented people and thinking to myself that I could do exactly such a thing if I wanted to. And it turns out I do.
