So it's not like I'm Captain Awesome or anything who might deserve to have such fantastic people around him because of the sheer awesome that surrounds him in a glowing nimbus of puppies, money and sex.... I dunno, I kinda trailed off with that, really.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is that I feel very lucky in my circle of friends and family. Yeah, I know I've posted this before, buuuuuuut turns out that this is my blog.
Today I had a Skype conversation with Ma and Pa, who are greatly looking forward to our Christmas Adventures™ up in HamiltRon. My lovely folks remain quite batty in their middle years, thank goodness. I don't know what I would do with sane, boring parents. Whenever we chat over the tubes it's like watching some kind of gentle British comedy routine from the 1980s. Great stuff.
Also this morning I sought out possible writers for a cartoony comic idea that I'm mulling over, and wham. Several people put their names into the hat for potential writers. Huzzah for having a bunch of creative mates!
Sooooo yeah. Keeping busy with things and am currently in pretty good spirits. That goes up and down like a yoyo of course, but I never really stay that down for long.
