The Rollercoaster Of Life

Been having mood swings lately. They're very often directly related to how shit the weather is, and whether (weather, whether, wither) I've been able to get outside to tackle hill of doom and get the blood pumping and clear the brain worms.

Life is okay. I'm planning a trip to Brisbane in the next month or two, on the assumption that money will make such a thing possible. More on that in some other post though.

Pretty much finished the freelance job for Jarrod, barring the inevitable changes, so that'll get the horrendous phone bill sorted out, which almost clears me for immediately pressing debts. Huzzah! Some more work hours with CWA would make life a lot easier; I got a very nice email from Michelle commending my last batch of design work, though nothing about any upcoming hours. The creative job market is currently a howling wasteland in which roving packs of feral designers scrap it out over the occasional skittering employment opportunity that darts from burrow to borrow.

All in all, when it averages out with the highs and lows, I still give life a 6.5 out of 10 at the moment.
