Tired, Mildly Victorious

This evening was the first night of my temp stock take work, which went well. Small Town NZ strikes again, I worked with the two sisters of Nav, who was 2 years below me at design school. Basically the job was unloading trucks, scanning barcodes with a handheld scanner doovy, and counting stuff. The kind of work that robots will one day perform for us, but still fairly satisfying since it was pretty good exercise unloading the all the crapola. I should really get to bed since the next shift is at 7 am... but internets!

In other job hunting news, I... may have something coming up in the future, but I can't really talk about it. So, uh. Yeah. It's design work. It might come to nothing, or it might not. I'll be less ambiguous later. Also Calum's business card is very close to being finished. Just doing some colour combinations to send off to the fussy bastard.

Heading down to Wellington on the weekend for Craig and Sarah's engagement shindig and Tamsyn's birthday brunchening. Excitement is now!
